Recycling Hub

End-to-end project and implementation management for a Recycling Centre in the Midlands on behalf of a Global Logistics Partner. The project aimed to establish a recycling hub to serve 20 UK stores, managing approximately 80 daily waste deliveries. This initiative was designed to enhance the client's sustainability metrics by cutting landfill waste by 50%.

WMS Upgrade

The successful deployment of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) for a UK Logistics hub. The project included defining, procuring, and design including bespoke configurations, tailored features, and a seamless transition. Through benchmarking and conducting workshops across the organisation, we effectively procured, designed, and executed the project within a 10-month timeframe.

Vehicle Optimisation

Increasing vehicle optimisation (loaded miles) from 30% to 60% within the Distribution sector. Conduct in depth data analysis of driving data via route optimisation tools in a bespoke planning solution to establish enhanced route planning and increase loaded miles during a drivers shift.

Supply and Demand

Incorporation of company to meet customer/industry demands of anti-bacterial products, during pandemic this start up project included branding (website design), commercials (balance sheets, P&L), manufacture (product certification) and distribution. Negotiating costs and meeting customers' demands.
